After only a couple lessons, we now have a calm, happy dog who is really enjoying his life, and the comfort of knowing we can call Patrick whenever we need help really makes a difference. He responds quickly to all calls and emails and has really stayed in contact with us to check on our progress.

After Patrick came to our home one time, it was a night and day difference. He would jump, pull on the leash, become territorial, has bitten me before and just seemed anxious all the time. They wanted to have us board and train him when his issues were with us. IF YOURE LOOKING FOR THE BEST DOG TRAINER EVER LOOK NO FURTHER- We just finished our second lesson with Patrick from BarkBusters and the transformation has been nothing less than amazing! We have a 1 year old golden retriever named Mamba and have tried a different training service with no success. I'm looking forward to future sessions and highly recommend them if you couldn't tell. Walks used to be a chaotic stressful affair but after the first session with Patrick I walked both of them the next morning and it was the calmest walk I have ever experienced with them. We saw instant results, both of us and our two large dogs were shocked. It seemed to good to be true no treats, no shock collars, no expense boarding, no off-site training, and no pinch collars. Having the methods explained thoroughly to me was already better than the "Do this because I am the expert you don't need to know why you are doing it if it works" method. He sat us down for a quick run through of their methods which already felt like a breathe of fresh air. All the trainers coming over with their pitches had left me jaded so I was still skeptical when Patrick with Bark Busters came over. We have had multiple home visits from dog trainers trying to get a feel for their style and have never committed to one for countless different reasons. This is the first google review I have ever taken the time to write. My only wish is that I would’ve made the call to help us learn much earlier. I will be forever thankful for the help in improving Beau’s quality of life allowing him more freedom in being himself. My girlfriend is no longer afraid to walk him. Patrick taught me how to be a better dog dad. He’s so much more playful and seems very happy, as do I. Patrick came to my house, and in less than an hour these issues were taken care of. We needed help.Many of my friends recommended Bark Busters. I love Beau, I must say this did start to have an affect on our relationship. My neighbors and their pups WERE terrified. Beau became very hard to walk on leash and we had to extremely limit the time and place of his walks. As of late, Beau became aggressive towards people in passing especially those with their dogs. My boy Beau is a 4yr old 80+lb Pit Bull mix. We are excited to continue on this journey so that our dogs can be happier, and we can live happier lives with them.Thank you Patrick/Bark Busters!-Trisha, Nick, Riley & Arlo She has responded so well to this training.Riley and Arlo both seem to be more comfortable with each other as well, making sure to take lead from us.All of our problems are not fixed, but it is comforting to know what consistency of this training has brought us in so little time. He also seems to respond more reliably to our commands.Even with our older pup, Riley - family members have commended her on not jumping and being much calmer. Our youngest pup seems to have less separation anxiety from my husband, which makes walking much easier and crate training a dream. It has been a night and day difference! By “speaking dog”, we’ve established WE are the leaders of our pack. He also had terrible separation anxiety from my husband which made it difficult putting him in his crate without whining, yipping, or barking, or walking him since he was pulling me so much).Not only did Patrick help us better communicate with our pups, but he helped us lay a solid foundation for communicating our expectations with them. (We added a new puppy, Arlo, to our pack, and he thought he was the alpha. Our overall goal was to better communicate with our dogs, and to make them more comfortable with each other. We are so excited to have received training from Patrick at BarkBusters.
